Proxeno introduces companies carrying an open executive requisition to executive search firms. This page says what we hold, why, and how to make us stop.
What we hold
- Business contact details: name, role, company, work email, company website.
- What you tell us on a call or by email about what you are looking for.
- Ordinary web server and analytics records for this site.
We do not ask for and do not want candidate data, salary records, or anything personal about a third party. We are not a recruiter and we do not keep a candidate database.
Where it comes from
Public and commercially available business sources, and from you directly when you reply to us or book a call.
What we do with it
We contact businesses about introductions relevant to their stated market, and we describe a counterparty to the other side of an introduction. Nothing identifying either side is passed to the other without that side agreeing first. We do not sell contact data and we do not share it with anyone outside the introduction you agreed to.
If you would rather not hear from us, reply to any message and say so, or write to the address below. It is handled by a person, not a queue, and it is permanent.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will do it.
